Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. shredded coconut (8 oz. each)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (15 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Heavily grease a baking sheet.
  2. Mix the 3 ingredients.
  3. Drop from a teaspoon about 1/2-inch apart.
  4. Bake in a 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Makes 40 macaroons.
