Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. ice cream
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend egg, corn syrup and milk in a blender.
  2. Place ice cream in a tall glass.
  3. Pour in milk mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
