Cinnamon-Glazed Pecans

Instructions
- Heat oven to 300°.
- Beat egg white in 1-quart bowl until stiff.
- Fold water and pecans into egg white.
- Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle over pecan mixture.
- Mix well.
- Spread on nonstick or foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Stir to separate pecans.
- Cool.
