Cinnamon-Glazed Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 300°.
  2. Beat egg white in 1-quart bowl until stiff.
  3. Fold water and pecans into egg white.
  4. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.
  5. Sprinkle over pecan mixture.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Spread on nonstick or foil-lined cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes. Stir to separate pecans.
  9. Cool.
