Basic Lentil Loaf

Instructions
- 1. Add lentils to boiling water. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
- 2. Allow lentils to cool; mash them up a bit
- 3.) Mix all ingredients well. Spoon into 12 muffin cups.
- 4.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until top of loaves are dry and firm.
- 5.) Cool. Enjoy
