Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 4 whole allspice
  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil.
  2. Boil 1 minute.
  3. Stir in mint leaves.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
  5. Strain.
