Cinnamon Pie Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cups Butter Or Margarine, Melted

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together 4 times. Beat the egg and milk together; add the melted butter and stir into the flour mixture. Pour into a greased and floured pie pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. I like to sprinkle the top with the cinnamon and sugar mixture we use for breakfast toast.
  3. This is great, warm, right out of the oven. My husband likes it so much he'll even request it if I haven't made it for a while!
