Ingredients

  • 2 pears, quartered and cores removed
  • 1 banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the pears, banana, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
