Coconut-Chocolate Logs
Ingredients
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips with milk over hot water; remove from heat.
- Add vanilla, salt and confectioners sugar.
- Chill mixture until firm enough to shape, approximately 1 hour.
- Place half of mixture between sheets of wax paper and shape into a log.
- Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Now roll logs in coconut until heavily coated.
- Wrap in wax paper and chill until ready to slice.
