  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 scoops protein powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until pudding consistency.
  3. You can add water as necessary to achieve desired consistency.
