Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 1/4 cup passionfruit pulp
  • 1/4 cup Malibu coconut rum
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and thinly slice fresh pineapple. Divide among serving plates.
  2. Drizzle with passionfruit pulp, Malibu and coconut.
