Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons pancake syrup

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the instant coffee in the water.
  2. Cream the butter until soft and fluffy.
  3. Mix syrup and coffee mixture and slowly add to butter, blending thoroughly.
