Ingredients

  • 4 c. hot coffee
  • 1/2 c. cream of coconut
  • 1/2 c. Irish whiskey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a heat-proof pitcher, combine all ingredients except the whipped cream.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into mugs; top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
  4. Makes 5 cups.
