- Place the mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl and beat briefly until smooth.
- Beat in the mayonnaise; blend thoroughly.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until completely blended.
- You can do the mixing with an electric mixer, set at low.
- Serve at room temperature.
