Cold Roast Beef Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese with chives
  • 1 -2 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 prebaked pizza crust (like Boboli)
  • 1 1/2 cups deli roast beef, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (I prefer Romaine)
  • 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together cream cheese and horseradish.
  2. Spread mixture on pizza crust.
  3. In another bowl mix together remaining ingredients.
  4. Top pizza with roast beef mixture.
  5. Refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
  6. Cut in wedges and serve.
