Cold Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatos
  • 1 medium size white onion
  • 1 Polly-O Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese 8 oz. package
  • 1 Barilla Tri-Color Rotini Pasta 12 oz box
  • 1 Wishbone Italian Fat Free Dressing 8 oz. bottle
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oi

Instructions

  1. Bring pot of water to a boil and stir in tri-rotini pasta. Cook pasta as directed on the package. While pasta is cooking, prepare other salad ingredients.
  2. Slice both tomatoes into diced cubes.
  3. Slice 1/2 white onion into diced cubes.
  4. Slice mozzarella cheese into small cubes.
  5. Drain pasta and pour into large mixing bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, and mozzarella cheese. Generously mix in Italian dressing until desired taste. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
