Cold Summer Pasta Salad

- Bring pot of water to a boil and stir in tri-rotini pasta. Cook pasta as directed on the package. While pasta is cooking, prepare other salad ingredients.
- Slice both tomatoes into diced cubes.
- Slice 1/2 white onion into diced cubes.
- Slice mozzarella cheese into small cubes.
- Drain pasta and pour into large mixing bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, and mozzarella cheese. Generously mix in Italian dressing until desired taste. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
