Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups shredded cabbage
  • 12 cup thin sliced sweet onion
  • 14 cup julienne carrot
  • 14 cup julienne radishes or 3 radishes
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup rice wine vinegar or 14 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 14 cup half-and-half, to thin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon sugar substitute, to taste
  • 12 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Julienne or shred veggies, set aside.
  2. Mix dressing, all ingredients from the mayonnaise down.
  3. Adjust to taste.
  4. Toss all of the above in a bowl, let it sit an hour or so (or not) and munch.
  5. Done.
