Ingredients
- 2 cans Contadina sweet and sour sauce ⓘ
- 2 packages Farmer John style pork ribs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brown the pork ribs for 1 hour.
- Add the sweet and sour sauce to the ribs.
- Lower the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, basting and turning every 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add water or pineapple juice if needed to maintain moisture.
- Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until sauce is bubbly and ribs are tender.
