Ingredients

  • 2 cans Contadina sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 packages Farmer John style pork ribs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brown the pork ribs for 1 hour.
  2. Add the sweet and sour sauce to the ribs.
  3. Lower the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, basting and turning every 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Add water or pineapple juice if needed to maintain moisture.
  6. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until sauce is bubbly and ribs are tender.
