Instructions
- Cook beans; drain.
- Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onions and saute until transparent. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Add pimento and flour.
- Stir until flour is smooth. Add sour cream, liquid drained from mushrooms, salt and cooked lima beans. Heat gently.
