Congealed Beets
Ingredients
Instructions
- Drain beets.
- Reserve liquid.
- Mash or grate beets.
- Add water to juice to make 1 1/4 cups.
- Add vinegar and sugar to juice; heat to hot, but do not boil.
- Dissolve Jell-O in mixture.
- Add mashed beets.
- Grease pan with Pam.
- Pour mixture into pan and chill well.
