Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (6 oz.) Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 9 c. cold water
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) ReaLemon
  • 2 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. almond extract
  • 2 qt. ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except ginger ale.
  3. Freeze in two 5-quart pails.
  4. Take out of freezer 3 to 4 hours before serving.
  5. Add ginger ale or similar pop just before serving.
  6. Serves 50.
