Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour, sifted
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Combine flour, sugar and lemon peel in medium bowl.
  3. Cut in margarine with pastry blender.
  4. Stir in egg yolk and vanilla.
  5. Mix until well blended.
