Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Blend all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) in a food processor (not blender) until smooth.
  2. 2. Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
  3. 3. Store any extra in the refrigerator.
