Cool Lemon Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 oz. real lemon juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

  1. Blend eggs and milk until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice gradually. Pour into pie shell.
  3. Top with Cool Whip.
  4. Freeze at least 1 hour.
  5. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Slice and serve.
  7. Garnish or not.
