Coon Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 pkg. coon cheese
  • 3 c. biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Melt coon cheese in double boiler.
  2. Mix sausage with cheese. Add the biscuit mix.
  3. Roll into about 60 small balls.
  4. Bake at 350° until brown.
  5. (These can be frozen.
  6. Put on a cookie sheet. Freeze and then put into a bag to cook later.)
