Ingredients

  • water, 80-90 deg.F (1 cup plus 1 Tbsp.)
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast, or
  • 1 12 teaspoons bread, machine or 1 12 teaspoons fast rise yeast

Instructions

  1. Add liquid ingredients to pan.
  2. Add dry ingredients, except yeast to pan.
  3. Tap to level.
  4. Place butter into corners.
  5. Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
  6. Add yeast.
  7. Program for dough if used for Kraut Burgers.
