Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small can creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Mix as you would a cake.
  2. Bake for 45 minutes at 325°.
