Corn-Egg Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cut up
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon in 10-inch skillet until crispy; drain off fat. Beat eggs; stir in corn.
  2. Pour over bacon pieces in skillet.
  3. Cook until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
