Corn Flake Trout

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 trout fillets
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • oil (for frying)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Coat each trout fillet in mayonnaise, then roll in corn flakes.
  2. Heat oil in skillet and fry trout 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
