Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. corn
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/4 c. pimiento
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine peppers and butter and cook, covered, 3 minutes.
  2. Add corn, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir; heat through.
  4. Serves 4.
