Corn Muffin Mix Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 (9 oz.) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in large dish.
  2. Beat eggs and add sour cream, corn and sugar.
  3. Then add muffin mix and stir real good.
  4. Pour over melted butter and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
