Cornbread Cake Appetizer

Instructions
- Bake cornbread in 3 cake pans; cool.
- Brown sausage; add chopped onions, pepper, Ro-Tel tomatoes and jalapeno cheese.
- Cook until consistency of icing.
- Spread on each layer of cornbread. Will look like an iced cake.
- Cut in wedges to serve.
