Corned Venison And Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. corned venison
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 small cabbages
  • 6 carrots
  • 6 onions

Instructions

  1. Place the meat in a pan with a cover.
  2. Cover with water, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bring to a boil and remove the scum from the water.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 hours.
  5. Add the vegetables and cook for an additional hour.
  6. Serve the meat and vegetables together on a large platter.
