Ingredients

  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together and add corn muffin mix. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
