Ingredients

  • 1 qt. sweet milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • pat of butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 small pkg. coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients; bring to a boil.
  2. Pour into a baking dish.
  3. Top with a meringue.
  4. Bake in oven at 350° until meringue is golden brown.
