Couscous Salad with Chicken and Fruit

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring water and 1/4 cup dressing to boil in small saucepan.
  2. Stir in couscous; cover.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. Fluff with fork.
  6. Place couscous in large bowl.
  7. Add chicken, oranges, grapes and apples; mix lightly.
  8. Mix Miracle Whip and remaining dressing until blended.
  9. Add to couscous mixture; toss to coat.
  10. Serve on lettuce leaves.
