Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 lb. imitation crabmeat
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • dashes of Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Drain and chop artichokes. Add the rest and toss, being careful not to overdo Tabasco sauce.
  2. Adjust mayonnaise to desired moistness.
