Crab Rangoon(Appetizer)

Ingredients

  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2/3 tsp. steak sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. wonton skins

Instructions

  1. Blend crab meat with cream cheese and seasoning.
  2. Put 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in center of wonton skin.
  3. Moisten edge of skin with beaten egg white.
  4. Fold square into triangle and twist to seal.
  5. Fry in oil heated to 375°.
