Instructions
- Blend crab meat with cream cheese and seasoning.
- Put 1/2 teaspoon of mixture in center of wonton skin.
- Moisten edge of skin with beaten egg white.
- Fold square into triangle and twist to seal.
- Fry in oil heated to 375°.
