Ingredients

  • 92 Oz. Tomato Juice(2 large cans)
  • 43 1/2 Oz. Canned Tomatoes
  • 15 Oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 70 Oz. Assorted Beans(kidney,black,pinto,etc.rinsed)
  • 4 Lbs. Ground Beef(browned and drained)
  • 4 Medium Onions(chopped)
  • 12 Portabella Mushrooms(sliced)
  • 1 Oz. Tabasco
  • 3 Bay Leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large soup pot. Bring ALMOST to a boil. Reduce heat and cook on medium to low heat for a minimum of 8 hours,being careful not to scorch. Scorching will most certainly ruin the flavor. Serve with toppings of sour cream and or shredded cheese.
