Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 8 ounces of pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until fruit is tender; stir frequently.
  3. Position knife blade in food processor bowl, add fruit mixture, and process until smooth.
  4. Spoon into hot sterilized jars, covering at once with metal lids and screw on bands.
  5. Let stand at room temperature 2 hours, then store in the refrigerator.
