Creamed Ground Beef

Instructions
- Cook ground beef in own fat on top of stove.
- Crumble while cooking.
- Add flour to ground beef while cooking on low heat (mix well, do not brown).
- Add milk to beef and flour.
- Stir to prevent sticking.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over toast, hot biscuits or hash brown potatoes.
