Creamy Orange Dessert

- Mix gelatin and warm water in a 2 1/2 to 3-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Stir to dissolve the gelatin completely.
- Add mini-marshmallows; microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted.
- Stir mixture slowly until marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt to the mixture.
- Stir with a wire whisk until the ice cream is melted and well incorporated.
- Stir in drained mandarin orange segments.
- Pour the mixture into a 6-cup ring mold.
- Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until set.
- To unmold, dip the mold in hot water for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Gently pull the gelatin from the edges with moist fingers.
- Place a moistened serving plate on top of the mold.
- Invert the mold, holding it and the plate together.
- Shake slightly to loosen the gelatin from the mold.
- Gently remove the mold from the dessert.
