Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made shortbread crust (Keebler)
  • 4 oz. Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and condensed milk together.
  2. Add lemon juice and Cool Whip.
  3. Stir in raspberries and freeze.
