Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
  • 13 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 12 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • lots fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all and Mix well.
  2. store in fridge for upto 3 days.
  3. For a sweeter version mix in a tablespoon of honey.
