Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large covered skillet.
  2. Cook zucchini in butter, covered, over low heat until tender, but not mushy.
  3. Add seasoning and cream cheese; cover for a few minutes, then mix to coat zucchini.
  4. (Butter or margarine can be eliminated in waterless cookware.)
