- Melt butter in a large covered skillet.
- Cook zucchini in butter, covered, over low heat until tender, but not mushy.
- Add seasoning and cream cheese; cover for a few minutes, then mix to coat zucchini.
- (Butter or margarine can be eliminated in waterless cookware.)
