- In bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, oil and salt.
- Beat until blended.
- Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet.
- Remove from heat.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of batter into skillet.
- Lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly.
- Return skillet to heat; brown crepes on one side only.
- Separate crepes with waxed paper.
- Makes 16 to 18 crepes.
- Freeze any remaining unfilled crepes.
- Serve with fresh fruit or fruit compote rolled inside.
- Top with whipped cream.
