Crepes(Palacinky)

Ingredients

  • 1 c. less 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, combine eggs and salt.
  2. Mix well using a whisk.
  3. Add a little flour, then a little milk.
  4. Stir; repeat until all flour and milk are added.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Add melted butter and vanilla.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Grease bottom of small skillet. Heat pan over medium-high heat.
  9. When hot, add 2 tablespoons batter.
  10. Swirl pan so batter spreads evenly.
  11. Cook crepes until golden brown.
  12. Gently flip and cook other side just a few seconds. "You can spread with jam, roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar."
