- In medium bowl, combine eggs and salt.
- Mix well using a whisk.
- Add a little flour, then a little milk.
- Stir; repeat until all flour and milk are added.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add melted butter and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Grease bottom of small skillet. Heat pan over medium-high heat.
- When hot, add 2 tablespoons batter.
- Swirl pan so batter spreads evenly.
- Cook crepes until golden brown.
- Gently flip and cook other side just a few seconds. "You can spread with jam, roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar."
