Crescent Turnover

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped minced onion
  • 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and onion.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in barbecue sauce. Roll out crescent rolls in 4 strips making a rectangle on a cookie sheet.
  4. Spread meat down the middle (about 4 inches wide).
  5. Top with cheese slices.
  6. Fold dough over the top and pinch shut. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
  7. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
