Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1/4 c. low-fat margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 lb. potatoes, cut into quarters

Instructions

  1. Mix dry soup mix, margarine and pepper together.
  2. Add potatoes and stir.
  3. Pour potatoes with mixture onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 425° for 1 hour.
