Crispy Parsnips

Ingredients

  • 6 parsnips
  • salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Cook parsnips in boiling water; drain.
  2. Cool.
  3. Cut into 4 pieces.
  4. Roll in melted margarine.
  5. Set on plate to chill.
  6. Dredge with flour.
  7. Saute in margarine until crisp.
