Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. If a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Spoon into a container with a tight-fitting lid.
  3. Mix makes approximately 6 cups cake mix.
  4. Close container and label with date and contents.
  5. Store in dry place.
  6. Use within 10 to 12 weeks.
